Meet the Company

Ria Fay is a multi-talented performer with experience in singing, dancing, acting, stilt-walking, and theatre-making. She is also a writer, producer, and director, and was formerly a company director of Concept Theatre, where she produced the acclaimed show SONS—a finalist at the Offie Awards 2024—which sold out at VAULT Festival and Brighton Fringe. Ria performed in The Polar Express (Warner Bros) in Edinburgh as a chef and deputy on-board event manager, and recently appeared in Winnie the Pooh at Brighton Open Air Theatre (2025). Passionate about children's theatre, she has performed in community pantomimes, toured children’s shows, and taught musical theatre and English Language. She currently works at MV Academy, where she has been for two years, and also assists Char on occassion at Stagecoach.

Char Brockes is an actor and theatre-maker who trained at East 15 Acting School, graduating in 2015. Last year, she toured the UK in The Haunting by Charles Dickens, adapted by Hugh Janes. Char has worked across the industry with a strong focus on performance for families and young people, including theatre projects with Look Left Look Right, Immediate Theatre, and Luna Cinema. Her screen work includes adverts for Uber Eats and Pilgrims Choice. Passionate about accessibility in the arts, Char teaches Early Years at Stagecoach and mentors with young people through the charity she works at dedicated to improving access to higher education. She is committed to using theatre to create meaningful experiences and bring the arts into communities.
